Mrs Nameirakpam Sunita has joined Sainik Foundation School on 1st February 2001 as PRT Science. She is a post graduate from Manipur University in Anthropology .
As she has got leadership skills, she stood apart from other PRTs. Combined with her managerial and supervisory skills she has been later on appointed as the Head Mistress of the school with effect from 1st July 2006. She has great expertise in liaisoning with State Govt Officials and parents. She is also a great motivator. She has inspired and motivated the teachers to work upto the best of their capacity enabling them to produce outstanding results in academics of the students. Her ‘out of the box’ thinking has enabled the school to come up with new ideas and innovations for the training activities of the students.
Now she has got experience of more than one and half decade enabling her to run the school smoothly in a calm and composed way. She is a good communicator and deals with her subordinates fairly and impartially. She has been able to carry out duties assigned to her by the Officer-in-Charge, SFS and Chairman, SFS with complete ease.SFS is in fact lucky to have a charismatic leader like her.
